2條蛇搶食一隻老鼠 再不拉開就要互吃了！

當2條蛇都很飢餓時，你可別讓牠們相遇。

澳洲阿得雷德（Adelaide）2隻「貪吃蛇」為了爭食一隻死老鼠，糾纏在一起互不相讓，各自緊咬老鼠屍體的一端，眼看著就要互吃了。

捕蛇專家布瑞爾（Rolly Burrell）說，「一條吃了老鼠的一隻腿，另一條也吞了老鼠的一部分，牠們再這樣繼續下去，最終一條會吃了另一條，自己也會窒息而死。」

2條滑溜溜的蛇像繩索般緊緊糾纏，布瑞爾和另一名捕蛇專家辛苦地將牠們分開，過程中還得避免被咬傷。

「讓蛇在餵食的時間相遇，真是自找麻煩。」布瑞爾說。

Feeding pet snakes at home isn't always easy as some of you know - this does happen - that is why it is always best to separate your animals before feeding - and it doesn't just happen with snakes! I have seen this happen before but to much greater depth where one water python had swallowed it's mate water python down to almost a metre, luckily they were found in time and both snakes survived!
