圍牆邊一顆「雞屁股」翹得老高卻一動也不動，還以為發生什麼事了！這隻公雞叫做Carlos，牠因為超級厲害的「睡覺功力」名聞遐邇，連媽媽Susie Randash每天看還是會被嚇到。

3歲的Carlos非常喜歡睡午覺，尤其是躲開媽媽的視線享受無人打擾的舒服午睡，因此每次媽媽都要開啟「搜尋模式」，找了整片農場才能發現Carlos跑去哪睡覺。這天媽媽在乾草捆中發現一動也不動的雞，心臟差點嚇到停止，她伸手摸了摸隱身在乾草中石化的身影，Carlos驚醒逃離才讓她放心許多。

又有一次媽媽發現圍牆邊有顆翹高高的雞屁股，Carlos竟然用如此奇葩的姿勢睡著了！Susie Randash表示，「牠喜歡把頭埋進陰影裡睡覺，有時候花幾分鐘就能找到，但最長我找了45分鐘才發現牠，連鄰居都來幫忙找！」

Carlos喜歡享受午睡時光，媽媽說「牠只是一隻愛睡覺的普通的雞」，只不過自己一再找雞、一再被嚇到、一再必須鼓起勇氣確認生命狀態，這仍然是難以避免的日常。
