住在美國喬治亞州亞特蘭大的Katie患有姿勢性心搏過速症候群(POTS)，只要久站就容易昏厥，4歲澳洲牧羊犬Bailey則被訓練為服務犬，當意識到主人的異狀，就會馬上提醒趕緊坐下，並用毛毛力量安撫。

這天Katie在浴室洗澡，Bailey趴在浴缸外感覺到主人可能會發病昏厥，趕緊幫忙拿來浴巾，又拿來藥和水，並且要主人趕緊坐下，自己則在身邊溫暖陪伴。事實上只要Katie站著太久，Bailey感覺到心搏變化，就會趕緊要媽媽坐下，超級聰明貼心讓許多網友非常感動。

罹患姿勢性心搏過速症候群的病患若是久站或久坐不動，就可能出現頭暈、頭痛、心悸甚至昏厥的情況，而Bailey經過專業訓練，能感知到主人的心搏變化，在發病前就做出提醒、陪伴，幫助Katie的生活品質大幅提升，彼此也建立起最密不可分的羈絆。
